    <dcterms:description><![CDATA[Chest plate in the image of a falcon constructed of brass over dark blue leather.  The left sided chest piece is constructed with a falcon (the body measuring 9 1/2 inches) holding wreath in each talon and constructed of tooled brass feathers in a fish scale pattern covering the body and embellished with blue enamel at the head.  The forty-four inch wing span wraps from the right shoulder around to left of the torso, wrapping across back and attaches to itself at the right shoulder.  The wings are constructed with four layers of brass feathers.  All brass components are affixed to a backing of blue leather.]]></dcterms:description>
