Antebellum suit consisting of a short waisted jacket of mauve silk shantung, trimmed at sleeve and waist with brown velvet, at lapel with brown velvet and striped silk and fully lined with brown silk; full skirt of matching mauve silk shantung; a waist sash of velvet and striped silk; cream cotton blouse trimmed at collar and cuff with lace, ornamented with elaborate buttons. All four pieces have labels reading [EVA MARIE SAINT 1692 5135].
