Period ensemble, full-length robe with full sleeves of gold wool and silk woven fabric with large nubs, trimmed at collar and cuff with brown suede, embroidered with gold thread and dark brown and rust threading in a geometric pattern; an under shirt with mandarin-style collar, full-length sleeves of dark rust wool, embroidered with gold satin thread in a snow flake motif, trimmed at sleeve and neck with gold cord lacing; pair of brown deer skin boots with leather stitching at sole and instep, lace up inside closure, both boots have label inscribed [CLAUDIUS]; full-length cloak with arms of brown and rust wool, leather braid and fur woven in a linear pattern, sleeves and front closure trimmed with brown suede; brown leather belt ornamented with rectangular and circular metal links, gold cording and woven metal trim, rust silk ornamental piece with triangular bronze ornament that hangs from the belt.
