The two panels do not appear to be exactly the same size.<br />
The story behind the pieces are they were to create a collar for the final number sung by Streisand in the film, but were cut at the last minute and the decision was made to go with the simple v-neckline on a black dress.<br />
No information has been found regarding this change.  But, the workmanship on the pieces are amazing.]]></dcterms:description>

The arm bands were originally hanging on the hanger with the original costume and are made from the same materials that appear on the costume.  But the concept was obviously changed for the actual filming of the costumes going to lower profile arm bands.]]></dcterms:description>
