(Two blank Western Costume labels are sewn into the garment).

Signed on front "Sharaff 68 "Hello Dolly" and inscribed at back "g38-05-125-13 Agnes Bonnie Evans, Dress 15 yd. Petticoat 15 yd." Note: IMDB credits Bonnie Evans as a dancer in the "Waiter Gallop" dance number but was instead in the "Harmonia Gardens polka contest."
