Black tunic, wide black satin lapel, upper shoulders at front and back yoke are of a black fabric with shiny black diamond print; sides of the tunic of black on black velvet brocade, front and back with gold thread embroidery in a floral and foliate motif, placket covered front zipper ornamented with gold beads and faceted rhinestones, front yoke with two rows of gold metal skulls with clear rhinestone eyes and small black faille ribbons and black jet beads, on large puff sleeves are panels of the black on black velvet brocade and a brown and gold brocade fabric, large 2 1/2 inch square medallion ornamented with a gold skull ornamented with rhinestones and surrounded with gold faceted rhinestones and gold beads attached at front of chest; four pair of black crinkled velvet pants, black elastic boot straps and suspenders and Velcro band at front between two large black snaps (one pair of the pants have label inscribed "Jeffery J" and one pair is inscribed "Jeffrey Jones;") pair of matching black fabric leggings with Velcro at top; black velvet cod piece ornamented at edges with black cording and black bullion cording, two large back snaps at top between a Velcro strip and black elastic strap at bottom (with label inscribed "Jeffrey"); a black fabric full length cape woven with small squares dotted with gold metallic thread and ornamented at bottom hem with cream and gold metal braiding, top has a large rounded capelet collar covered with black lambs wool, cape ties at neckline with black satin ties, completely lined in iridescent brown and gold iridescent fabric (label reads "Jeff"); pair of black leather gloves with gauntlets ornamented at edge with black and gold bullion braided ribbon and at back with black and gold bullion cording with two small gold bullion ball tassels; pair off black suede knee high boots with laces under top suede flap (Approximately Size 11).
