[Illegible Western Costume Co. label]; [C291A] gold metal pagoda cage style female headdress ornamented with gold twisted wire dangles, composite material buds and flowers [Illegible Western Costume Co. label inscribed "# 11"] and bias label with illegible name.

Received the Academy award for best art direction/set direction for Lyall R. Wheeler, John DeCuir, Walter M. Scott and Paul S. Fox in 1956. Costume was worn in the "Uncle Tom's Cabin ballet."
