Period two-piece mourning dress, [C426-1/3] black taffeta fitted bodice, back hook and eye closure, ecru dotted Swiss lace inset at front of bodice and same ruffle at long sleeves, crochet ecru lace trim at neckline. ornamented at all borders and with three chevron patterns at front of chest of black and silver faille 1 3/4" ribbon; [C426-2/3] matching black taffeta long period skirt with large bustle and accordion pleated black taffeta ruffle at hem, ornamented at over panels of skirt with black and silver faille 1 3/4" ribbon; black organza umbrella with white wood handle and ornamented with ecru velvet ribbon (small tape inscribed "Carolyn Ingrid Bergman" (may not be original to costume).
