Unknown extremely large beaded gown

Extremely large and elaborate beaded gown of white, black and silver bugle beads. The long skirt with train is beaded starting at hem with black, blending into silver and ending in white beads that go into the bodice. Pieces from the bodice are present but removed.

Part of a lot buy and was purported to be a dress that Travis Banton has requested to be restyled but never completed. This has not been verified.
