Congressional Hopper in 'Legally Blonde 2, Red White and Blue'

Representation of the Congressional Hopper used to place proposed Bills to Congress. The hopper is constructed of wood with stacked panel lid with round copper finial at top, brass edges and square designs set into the wood, brass lions with rings on either end. brass claw and ball feet. diamond shaped brass lock at front, silver metal key. Box is lined with burgundy and red fabric. Measures 12 3/4" (w) X 6 3/4 (l) X 9 1/2" (t); set on a wood base covered with rose wood covering, ornamented with gold balls lining the top of the box, gold rim at base of box. (Measures 13 3/4" (w) X 20" (l) X 4 1/2" (t).
